If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll put it right.

Damage protection policy

Every order is covered against damage in transit. If a compound arrives damaged, we’ll send a one-time replacement. Claims need photo evidence and are reviewed by our team — one replacement per account per order.

How returns work

  1. Photograph the damage

    Take clear photos of the compound and packaging as soon as your parcel arrives. Photos are required for every claim.

  2. Contact us

    Email support@australianpeptideco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll reply within one business day.

  3. Get your replacement

    Once the damage is verified, we ship a one-time replacement to your lab at no cost.

  • Eligible for return

    • Compounds damaged in transit (with photos), reported within 7 days of delivery
    • Compounds that don’t meet the published purity standard
    • Incorrect items received

  • Not eligible for return

    • Anything reported more than 7 days after delivery
    • Reconstituted or opened compounds
    • Damage claims without photo evidence
    • Compounds stored incorrectly after delivery
    • Orders without proof of purchase

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage or reconstitution of products.

Replacements are offered for verified transit damage, incorrect items and batches that fail their published specification. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on research compounds.

Excessive or suspicious claims may lead to an account review.
