These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Australian Peptide Co. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Research Use Only policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
To purchase from us you must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and purchasing for legitimate laboratory or scientific research purposes.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics, and must not be used in or on humans or animals.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this condition will not be met.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed.
6. Shipping and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are set out on our Shipping Info page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
