Ordering
Add products to your cart, review your order and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away and a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely and we never store card details.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed we can amend or cancel it; once dispatched it can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Express delivery usually takes 1–3 business days and standard delivery 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
Each vial is cushioned and sealed, then packed in plain outer packaging with no product descriptions on the label.
Research compounds
Our release target is 99% purity or higher. The exact result for each batch is shown on its certificate of analysis.
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use.
Store sealed vials cold and away from light and moisture. Storage guidance is included with every order.
