Quick answers to common questions
We reply to most enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST.
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is lodged. Account holders can also view tracking in My Account.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Every batch has a certificate of analysis. Search your vial’s lot number in the COA library to view it.
We can’t advise on research design, but we’re happy to answer questions about specifications, documentation and availability.
Certificates are published in our COA library. If you need a specific report, email us your order number and we’ll send it.
Check your card details and billing address, then try again. If it still fails, contact your bank or email us for help.
